Well its been a long time since I have posted here. We have been busy with racing and also involved with our club www.portlandkarting.com in track improvements and general upkeep. I've have been active with the IKF as Board of Director member along with helping with the IKF Region 6 Gold Cup Sprint and Road Race. Our club PKA has joined forces with Pat's Acres Racing Complex to run the Oregon State Karting Championship Series consisting of 5 races at our Track in McMinnville and 5 races at Pats Acres for a great race series.

On the Kartstands front we have been busy with some new items that is for every racer.

We will be introducing several new products for 2010

1. An economical scissors stand called the Rickshaw stand it uses 2 wheels is more compacted when folded. While lighter in weight since removing 2 wheels it is more sturdy than our Scissors Stand and is lower priced to save the racer cash.
2. We have been in development in building a new style vertical stand that will allow keeping the new CIK Rear bumpers in place making storage simpler and easier than ever.
3. Coming soon will be the Briggs Valve Spring tester. A great inexpensive way to check installed valve spring pressure on the engine at the track or anywhere.
4. We have introduced our Valvejust wrench in 2009 for adjusting the valves on the Briggs World Formula and Animal engines. The Valvejust has been received with great reviews. click HERE for a video demonstration.
